This year I started doing something new that has really changed my perspective. I started keeping track of my finished projects, goals accomplished, family wins and great memories in my planner. I call it My Great Things List. Whenever I’m feeling down or struggling, my list helps me realize that I am making progress and great things are happening. It also helps me be more aware of all the great things that are happening all the time in my life. Try it for yourself, I think it will become a new habit you will love!
