It can be hard to find a family friendly movie that everyone can enjoy. This movie was one that really impressed me. It is based on an inspiring true story about a community that decided to take a chance in order to help some strangers that were placed in their lives. It’s easy to get comfortable in our lives and forget the struggles that so many others are facing.
This was not your average predictable feel-good movie. The group had to deal with setbacks when the plans that they had did not go the way that they envisioned they would. And who doesn’t like John Corbett? He brings a down-to-earth relatable character to life. It was cool to see the real life updates on the people that the movie was about.
