Oh no-we forgot to update all our non Facebook friends about what we decided to do after a year on our no sugary drink challenge! We went an entire year without any sweet tea, soda, juice (except communion), kool-aid or icees. We basically drank water/sparkling water with stevia sweetened flavoring packets. It is always good to challenge yourself and shake things up a bit. Looking back-that year went by pretty fast. That’s the way life is. It is going to pass whether you like it or not. Make a decision to do something this year to improve yourself. There are so many different things that you can choose. It doesn’t have to be a no sugary drink challenge. It could be learning how to play an instrument, learning a foreign language, getting your driver’s license, or being in a theatre production. What’s one thing that you really want to do but fear is keeping you from stepping out? Take that first step-we believe in you! That way when you look back a year from now, you will be amazed at what you accomplished!
